Our goal is to prove our customer service before we start your project and continue that top-level service long after the project is done.

This is when we have a phone consultation to get to know each other. We care more about your project than just building it. We want to know the why and the effects we can have on your life as we transform your space for you and for many generations later. Our goal is to be your lifetime contractor that you know, like, and trust. We are committed to providing helpful information during your search for contractors. We believe that both of our time is valuable, so we do our best to be as thorough as possible on the phone to make sure we are a good match before coming to your homes. 





During:

We are proud of our work and value all of our clients. As such, our reviews, referrals, and testimonials will speak for us. Some of the things our past clients value are timeliness and cleanliness, honesty and authenticity, and lastly, we provide the designs that they love for many years to come. 



After:

We firmly believe our guarantee for completed work is what distinguishes us from other companies. We continue to add value to your home by providing helpful information through our monthly newsletters, regular check-ins and an extended warranty. Additionally, to maintain client satisfaction throughout, we will call you BEFORE the warranty is up to check in on our work. We will discuss at a time that is convenient to you for the warranty walkthrough. Our past clients find it very helpful to use this time to bring up any questions or concerns. Repairs can be discussed, as long as it is within our warranty. It is important to us that our clients love their homes, so we work hard to make sure our clients feel valued.
